Please note: The hour of delivery is provided by our courier on the morning of delivery based on a pre-calculated route for that day which can be viewed by going to www.dpd.co.uk and searching your tracking number. We cannot guarantee a specific hour of delivery unless a surcharge is added to your postage which you can arrange by calling 0121 554 58 58

DO YOU CHARGE VAT TO CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

EU customers will be required VAT at the current UK rate unless they can provide a valid VAT number, company name and address.

VAT will not be charged to customers outside of the EU provided we have sufficient evidence of export.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

EU customers will pay VAT at the current UK rate unless they can provide a valid EU VAT number, company name and address.

Customers outside the EU will not be charged VAT if we can establish satisfactory evidence of export.
