RETURNS POLICY

We ensure all of our items are checked thoroughly and packed securely before leaving our warehouse. However due to the fragile nature of jewellery and the stresses they endure in transit, sometimes breakages are unavoidable.

 

IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY

We will happily refund, exchange or credit any faulty item which is not clearance* within 14 days of your delivery. To receive a refund, exchange or credit please complete the Returns Sheet found below and return to us with your items enclosed. We will credit your postage in the form of a voucher code for use on the site.

 

IF YOUR ITEM IS UNSUITABLE

We will happily credit any unsuitable item which is not clearance* within 14 days of your delivery. To receive credit please complete the Returns Sheet found below and return to us with your items enclosed. Postage for unsuitable items will be at your own expense.

 

FAULTY & UNSUITABLE

Where partial orders are returned to us that contain both faulty and unsuitable items, we will credit or refund your items accordingly and postage will be calculated on the ratio of faulty/ unsuitable items.

 

CLEARANCE

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CREDIT NOTES WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNLESS AUTHORISED BY THE MANAGER

 

RETURNS POLICY FOR DROPSHIPPING

If you have sold or we have drop shipped an item to your customer, you are affected by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 which states:

 

"A consumer may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described. In other cases, for example, where the consumer has bought an item of clothing in the wrong size, or they have changed their mind, or an item is an unwanted gift, there is normally no automatic right to return goods"

 

Unfortunately as the item has been sold to a 3rd party we can no longer accept responsibility for the item. It is the responsibility of the Retailer to provide a solution to any faulty or unsuitable item within the guidelines of their Returns Policy. Where applicable, manufacturers guarantees will cover you against certain faults which should be used in these cases. Should the item we send to your customer be faulty and no manufacturers guarantee is available, you are still responsible to you customer to reimburse them, however we will cover you for items returned to us by you only under our Returns Policy so long as they are within the time frame of 14 days of receipt.

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Please ensure you fill out a Returns Form for any item being returned to us. Failure to do so will delay the processing of your return or may result in a return being refused due to inability to process it.

Returns will usually be processed within 7 days of receiving you parcel with the correct documents. However please note in some circumstances this process can take anything up to 30 days.
